Getro's Mini ATS: Apply to Posted Roles

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of our newest feature - Apply to Posted Roles (Getro mini ATS). This feature has been specifically designed to address the needs of VCs, particularly early-stage VCs who work hands-on with a handful of their investments to help them hire.

With this feature, VCs will no longer lose visibility and activity when companies begin to receive applications via other platforms such as LinkedIn and Angelist. They will be able to post and receive applications on Getro, providing visibility into the total number of applicants their companies receive when jobs are posted and applied to on our platform.

Additionally, network admins can specify which email addresses to send applications to, and email recipients will receive all applications. Network admins can download all applicants, and company admins can download applicants for their own company. This will provide them with valuable insights into their hiring process and enable them to demonstrate their impact to GPs and LPs of the fund.

We believe that this new feature will help our customers improve their hiring process and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in today's competitive market.
